1. GST Filings

Every registered dealer under the GST Act, has to be file the GST return as required by statue. Dealer has to declare all sales, purchase and other details required by statue in the return.

2. Income Tax Filings

As per the Income Tax Act 1961,Income tax return has to be mandatorily filed by the following persons/under the following circumstances:

• When the gross total income of a person exceeds the basic exemption limit under the Income Tax Act.
• A company/Firm irrespective of whether there is income or loss during the year.
• When there are carry forward of losses.

3. TDS Filings

TDS or Tax Deducted at Source means the tax withheld at the time of making certain payments. The rate of tax deducted is dependent upon the nature of payments made. These rates for various payments have been notified in the Income Tax Act and Rules. Payments can be in the nature of contractual fees, salaries, professional services, etc.

TDS is to be paid online and the deductor is required to furnish a TDS certificate to the deductee on a periodical basis.

4. EPF Filings

Employee’s Provident Fund (EPF) is a retirement benefit scheme that’s available to all salaried employees. Every employer who has obtained EPF registration, is required to file EPF returns.

5. ESI Filings

Employee's State Insurance (ESI) is a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers. Every employer, who has obtained ESI registration, is required to file ESI returns.
